A class perfect for beginners or those wanting to return to the basics of their yoga practice! yoga gippsland
This class focuses on the synchronisation of breath and movement. Moving through series of postures develops strength, flexibility and mental discipline. Yoga Flow has many benefits that reach beyond the yoga mat and into daily life.
This class begins with a flow and ends with a restorative yin practice. Expect to relax in poses to release connective tissue, improving range of movement in the joints. This class is a blissful mix of strength and surrender.
Yin Yoga moves at a much slower pace and focuses on stretching ligaments and connective tissues to increase flexibility and invoke a deep sense of calm. Poses are held for longer and there is a strong meditative element to this style of yoga, which will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
Barre class involves low-impact, high-intensity exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body, using a barre, mat and other props.
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
The Meditation Class will be 60 minutes long, which will feature both formal sitting and some informal explanation of the meditation instructions. Those who are wanting to learn how to meditate by themselves, or who are curious about why meditation works will benefit from this class.
