Eden will be teaching Mat Pilates at YSG on Mondays (10.45am) and our Basics class on Thursdays (5.45pm). Bookings available via the MindBody app now!Eden is a registered and practising Chiropractor (Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic)) and holds her certification in Clinical Mat Pilates - for Health Professionals from the The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (Unite Health) in Melbourne.Her interest in Pilates began when exploring an alternate way she could assist patients in the clinic with rehabilitation and injury prevention. From here, Eden discovered Pilates is a great low impact way to exercise, whilst improving overall body strength, coordination, balance and mobility. With her background in health care and experience with pregnancy, injury management and people of all ages, Eden is able to tailor her classes to all individuals that step into the studio.Eden is also co-owner of Summit Health + Performance Centre in Sale.

She is currently dancing professionally with Scimm Dance Company in Melbourne and has been teaching Barre classes for Aleenta Barre in the CBD.
