You will learn to be safe and steady in yoga’s wonderful upside down postures. We will look at how to set a stable foundation for handstand, forearm balance, headstand and shoulderstand. Progressive postures will equip you with tools to enhance your practice and work towards new exciting upside down shapes!
Camilla Maling is a Melbourne based yoga teacher, yoga therapist, sound designer, and dancer in her spare time. She has over 20 years experience in various body modalities and has taught yoga internationally for the past 7 years. Camilla is licensed in both Hatha Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga styles.
